Three day weekends are a time for people to celebrate. For 22 People in Larimer County should have called a cab instead of driving.

Law enforcement agencies across the state with Colorado Department of Transportation participated in a statewide impaired driving enforcement over the holiday weekend. The statewide enforcement ran from Friday morning through Monday.

Over that time frame, 22 people were booked into the Larimer county jail for suspected DUI's. The majority of the arrests came from Fort Collins police and Colorado State University Police Departments.

If you are going to drink, don't drive. Thankfully these 22 people were just arrested and no one was hurt.
