Doug Odell opened up Odell Brewing Company way back in 1989.  It's Colorado's second oldest craft brewery (Boulder Beer was first). You've probably enjoyed one of Odell's fantastic beers, or maybe you've visited them.  Here are three things that you may not have known!

They have over 1,000 feet of hose

That's a lot of hose, yo!  1,000 feet is about three football fields.  Where do they keep it all, I wonder?

Their compressors shut off and use outdoor air for the coolers when it drops below 47°

Why not use FRESH air to keep the beer cold? Plus, it saves energy! Nice!

Some of the tables in the taproom come from beetle kill and the High Park Fire trees

The next time you visit, take a look!  It's always good when you find a great way to re-purpose something.
