Since 2007 the Colorado Ice Indoor Football Team has called the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland home, but in this their sixth season, they may be welcoming their most popular guest yet. Although its not clear yet if he will make the trip to Loveland, a very recognizable name shows up on the Allen Wranglers roster, Terrell Owens.

Statistically, one of the greatest receivers in National Football League history, Owens joined the Indoor Football League with the Wranglers as both a player and part owner this season. The Ice take on the Wranglers at the Bud Center tomorrow (3/18/12) at 3 pm.

This last December the Wranglers made an offer to unemployed NFL receiver Terrell Owens for part ownership in the team and up to $500,000 for participation in the 2012 season. Team general manager and former Dallas Cowboys receiver Drew Pearson made the offer. In January, Owens announced via Twitter that he had accepted the Wranglers' offer and joined the team. In his debut, Owens caught three passes for 53 yards and three touchdowns as the Wranglers defeated the Wichita Wild 50-30.

The Wranglers who have won all three of there games this season, have played two on the road. Owens only played in one of those two road games. The Ice said earlier this week "There is still no word as of right now if T.O. will show up here in Colorado to play.. As soon as word comes across the wire than I will pass it on so that our fans will as always be in the know with what is going on with YOUR COLORADO ICE!!! Stay tuned!! :)" on their Facebook page.

Even if there is no T.O., the Ice and Wranglers both boast rosters full of both former NFL players and college football standouts. Tickets for the game are still available.
